Hey all! Honestly, I had forgotten all about RPG maker since my childhood. Huge fan of oldschool, 16 bit JRPG style games, and suddenly remembered this from my childhood. It was free way back when (probably late 90s, early 2000s), and I used to love just messing around making not so great games lol. So, I suddenly remembered it today, and was excited to see it still exists. Now, I don't mind paying for games, but I'm currently broke and unemployed from covid so I'm priced out of these new iterations. Is there a free version, or way to get the old one (on a mac)? I'm not looking to make some incredible game to sell or anything, just want to play around and have something fun to kill some time. Would love to get the full bundle but I wont be able to spend that much for a few months, once I'm working again. Any thoughts? Seems to be so many versions now, so I don't even know where to start given how long it's been since I even thought about rpg maker
Hey Caz, this is fantastic. Allowing us to download and check some of the icons out before buying the commercial licenses in the individual packs. I like it a lot and plan to fork out some dollars your way soon. Great job on this. Really mean it.EDIT: I can spot a few icons which I don't think you've included in any currently released icon pack outside of this one. The chainsaw and some cracked orbs (there might be other icons too that I didn't notice).How will one get permission to use those commercially? Will they be released in the future?
