It's so disheartening to hear young adults between the ages of twenty to thirty question and doubt their ability to affect change in the world. Especially when they spend hours staring at their cell phones, distracted by things that have no real positive impact on their lives. The amount of time spent watching videos could be better spent protesting the injustices that are ruining life on Earth.
To the generation that goes down the rabbit hole of cat videos, memes and catfish stories, I urge you to put the phone down before it is truly too late to ensure your survival and the survival of those yet to be born.
