Eye opener for December 12, 2023

If you're concerned about the tragic deaths of people around the world in general and children specifically, you should consider who benefits from those deaths.

As jaded or callous as the previous sentence may sound, consider the motivations of a corporation that makes the bulk of their profits from the sales of weapons of mass destruction. They cannot make as much money in peaceful times, so perpetual war it is. Bombs on a shelf however, have served their purpose from a profit standpoint, but serve no further purpose to a bomb manufacturer. The only way for a weapons manufacturer to sell new weapons is by getting their clients to use the old ones.

Death and destruction is part of weapons manufacturers business plan and business has been good for decades. While the rest of us have to face food prices and home mortgages that hage doubled over the past few years, energy and transportation costs that are akyroceting and a political class that represents nothing but their own best interests and the best interests of those they serve.

In 2018, I wrote a book highlighting the problems Humanity would face if more power, wealth, and control was funneled to a small group of elite individuals, groups, or organizations. In my book, I provided solutions (from myself and others) to the inevitable problems and also a means for the Public to analyze, compare, and contrast the words and deeds of those we choose to follow against reality. In my book Solutions: Enough complaining. Let's fix America.

In "Solutions...", I provide the means for readers to disseminate information as provided by their news sources of choice, their elected officials, and any other authority they choose to follow. The book also offers a means to hold their leaders up, not just to a higher standard than is currently accepted but to one that would improve their lives and the lives of those for whom they care.
