Though it doesn't appear to be so, it should be apparent that American leadership works solely for the rich. While this may seem to be some form of self-preservation for those leaders who write a majority of laws that only benefit those high network donors, this is in fact a short term way of thinking... That is if you're seeking security for you and you heirs.
What those leaders who bend the knee to their wealthy benefactors should take into account is the longevity of their bootlicking. While those for whom they consolidate power, wealth and influence through legislation may be immediately benevolent who's to say they will be so in the future. Maybe these elites are using your influence and you as a useful idiot. Maybe they tolerate your presence as an means to and end. Or, maybe they actually respect you. Maybe you two hold similar beliefs and goals and you'll make a great team until the end. Who's to say however, that their children will feel the same way about you. Their kids will have had completely different experiences as far as attaining their wealth, power and influence. Their children did not have to earn those things, so they may not value the ways in which those things were attained. They may not value the part you played in helping their parent(s) or grandparent(s) reaching their goals. This however may not be a problem of which you should be concerned, but one that will impact your offspring as well as their offspring. Perhaps the benevolence you saw in your benefactor is not a trait passed down to their heirs. This then is the failed legacy you have passed not only down to subsequent generations of those you represented but to your own children and grandchildren.
To America's leaders, I implore that you think past your lifespan and consider what could happen if the power, money and influence you're consolidating gets passed into the hands of irresponsible, immoral, entitled heirs and heiress's.

In "Solutions...", provide the means for readers to disseminate information as provided by their news sources of choice, their elected officials, and any other authority they chose to follow. The book also offers a means to hold their leaders up, not just to a higher standard than is currently accepted but to one that would improve their lives and the lives of those they care for.
