Eye opener for March 28, 2024: Voting for people helps no one

Whether you vote Democrat or Republican on the national, state, regional or local level, life only seems to get harder for most. Don't believe me? Just consider the last few people you voted for on any level mentioned above and ask yourself how life has been since their win.

Unless you can vote third or fourth party, your life will never change... For the better that is. Life in America has only declined for the majority since the 1980s. Of course there are those who have and are doing better, but the trend for most is and has been negative. So, why then would anyone believe that politicians belonging to either if the two parties that have controlled America for several decades will make a difference? When more people identify as Independent around 42 percent than identify as Democrat around 22-23 percent or those who identify as Republican around 22-23 percent, why do people doubt a third party candidate could ever win. Perhaps the rest of us shouldn't listen to the Democrats or Republicans who tell us a third party candidate could ever win. Perhaps they have an ulterior motive when making such claims.

It it therefore my suggestion to all American voters to never vote for a Democratic or Republican candidate. If there is no third party candidate on the ballot, skip vote or write in a third party candidate who was kept off the rigged ballot. In this way, you can still claim to have done your civic duty and made as much of an impact as either of the red or blue candidates.

The other thing you can do at the polling station is to vote on the issues that will impact your life. Zoning issues or budget issues or any issue that will directly affect your life and the lives of your friends and family should still Garner your attention and your vote. Let others choose ineffectual leaders who only seem to oversee a noticeable decline in the state of the world. In this way, your conscience is clear because you didn't choose a local version of Trump or Biden but tried to pick a third party candidate that would have made a difference (if one was even on the ballot). Your conscience is clear because you did vote for an issue that could have a positive impact on your community.

In 2018, I wrote a book highlighting the problems Humanity would face if more power, wealth, and control was funneled to a small group of elite individuals, groups, or organizations. In my book, I provided solutions (from myself and others) to the inevitable problems and also a means for the Public to analyze, compare, and contrast the words and deeds of those we choose to follow against reality. In my book Solutions: Enough complaining. Let's fix America.

In "Solutions...", I provide the means for readers to disseminate information as provided by their news sources of choice, their elected officials, and any other authority they choose to follow. The book also offers a means to hold their leaders up, not just to a higher standard than is currently accepted but to one that would improve their lives and the lives of those for whom they care.
