For most people, what good has come from giving the elite most of the wealth and all of the power? Who thought that allowing a small minority control of everything in the World was a good idea? For, even if the initial group of elites that we allow to own almost everything and to control everything is benevolent, there is no guarantee that their heirs will be so. To be quite honest the initial group of Uber hoarders to which we have relinquished our futures doesn't seem that benevolent in the first place. This alone would indicate that their offspring would be not better (at best).
Humanity must now utilize a global equivalent to "imminent domain" to wrest resources away from those who intend to do nothing with said resources but keep them from the rest of us. When all of the necessities of life are held by a minority, life becomes precarious. The smaller the group controlling the necessities of life, the more precarious life becomes for more people. As I've stated over the years and explained in my book,
Until every child, woman and man have all the things necessary to survive, there should be no billionaires.
This I would now extend to include multimillionaires and to any type of excess for that matter.
Don't misunderstand, I have no problem with those who work harder having more, just not at the expense of others. In other words, once everyone is housed, fed and clothed, those who work for bigger houses, fiber apparel and more exotic cuisine can have those things, but not the power that usually accompanies such extravagances.
In 2018, I wrote a book highlighting the problems Humanity would face if more power, wealth, and control was funneled to a small group of elite individuals, groups or organizations. In my book, I provided solutions (from myself and others) to the inevitable problems and also a means for the Public to analyze, compare and contrast the words and deeds of those we choose to follow against reality. In my book Solutions: Enough complaining. Let's fix America.
In "Solutions...", provide the means for readers to disseminate information as provided by their news sources of choice, their elected officials, and any other authority they chose to follow. The book also offers a means to hold their leaders up, not just to a higher standard than is currently accepted but to one that would improve their lives and the lives of those they care for.
