If there are two political parties in America, why does the country keep moving in the same direction no matter which party is in power.

The American electorate is so divided today that each party has been in control of Washington DC to the extent that they could change policies and laws (both foreign and domestic) to benefit their own citizens.

If America had two political parties, there might be a solution to the immigration crisis we see at our border. Texas wouldn't have to defy the Federal government to keep people from entering the United States illegally. If there were two political parties in America, we might not even see as many people trying to enter the country illegally, because America might not have attacked their homeland which has the knock on effect of forcing them to flee their nation of birth. Imagine how American would fare if they were displaced to another land because our homeland had been destroyed by foreign forces. My countrymen don't even seem to be thriving in their own land. How could they survive, let alone thrive in a nation that doesn't speak English or Spanish?

increased homeless we see in America.

In 2018, I wrote a book highlighting the problems Humanity would face if more power, wealth, and control was funneled to a small group of elite individuals, groups, or organizations. In my book, I provided solutions (from myself and others) to the inevitable problems and also a means for the Public to analyze, compare, and contrast the words and deeds of those we choose to follow against reality. In my book Solutions: Enough complaining. Let's fix America.

In "Solutions...", I provide the means for readers to disseminate information as provided by their news sources of choice, their elected officials, and any other authority they choose to follow. The book also offers a means to hold their leaders up, not just to a higher standard than is currently accepted but to one that would improve their lives and the lives of those for whom they care.
