Just a quick note for the new year. Is it just me, or do people seem to be getting dumber? Assuming that it's not just my perception, I decided to look into why so many people seem to be so willing to relinquish their sovereignty, freedom and what seems to me to be unalienable right to self-determination.
Why, in a time when most of Humanity has access (in the palm of their hands) to all of Human knowledge (via Mankind's brain, the Internet) do so many seem so uninformed, ill-infotmed, and quite frankly stupid. It almost feels as if this collective stupidity is by design, because increasing ignorance or stupidity does not seem like something that would occur naturally.
To determine whether this de-evolution I seem to be witnessing is something that can happen on its own, I googled "Is there evidence of a species devolving". To my surprise, there were no hits related to devolving species. As a matter of fact, the only hits I got were related to the evolution of any particular species. I tried wording my question in different ways, but the result was the same.
The fact that I can't find a single example of de-evolution leads me to believe that the increasing stupidity I see everyday is an unnatural phenomenon. This leads me to believe that dumbing down the country and the World is by design. Look around. Do you see people getting smarter, being less prone to violence. Do you see people not going into debt for things like over-priced cars, homes, clothes? Or, like me, do you see a population in America that owes thirty three trillion U.S. Dollars (that's $33,000,000,000,000) to someone and a planet that owes three HUNDRED trillion Dollars to someone. Do you see a population that fails to question why such debts are owed? To whom the hell do we make out a check for thirty three trillion Dollars as a country and to whom do we make out a check for three HUNDRED trillion Dollars? What alien race is coming to collect that debt? But no one questions this?
Look up de-evolution. I don't think that term even exists and rightly so. There is no de-evolution without someone causing it. People are getting dumber and someone is profiting from the falling IQ exhibited generations after generation. Americans not only live in a time when they will be leaving their offspring less but in a time when immoral legality (a term I counted in the R.A.D. dictionary) is allowing unscrupulous people and corporations to "steal" what little you would leave to your offspring.
In 2018, I wrote a book highlighting the problems Humanity would face if more power, wealth, and control was funneled to a small group of elite individuals, groups, or organizations. In my book, I provided solutions (from myself and others) to the inevitable problems and also a means for the Public to analyze, compare, and contrast the words and deeds of those we choose to follow against reality. In my book Solutions: Enough complaining. Let's fix America.
In "Solutions...", I provide the means for readers to disseminate information as provided by their news sources of choice, their elected officials, and any other authority they choose to follow. The book also offers a means to hold their leaders up, not just to a higher standard than is currently accepted but to one that would improve their lives and the lives of those for whom they care.
