One quality, and arguably the most important quality a modern leader should possess is selflessness. That's "selflessness", not "selfishness" and Biden has exhibited too little of the former and an abundance of the latter. While primarily caring about one's self as a leader may have worked for a time in the past (France before the Revolution, Rome before the fall, Germany before D-day), it doesn't do so in the age the Internet and cell phones. When the voracity of some leader's claim can be checked instantaneously, it's difficult to tell half-truths, obfuscate the truth or lie to the Public.
This unfortunately has not stopped many from trying to gaslight the populace. Nowhere has this been more apparent and evident as when legacy news sources have fact-checked Donald Trump's blatant lies ever since he beat Hillary Clinton. What has also been evident is that this same legacy media has failed to fact check Trump's opponents lies for just as long. I don't want to get into the weeds on Hillary's lies in this post, but one whopper told by Clinton still resonates today. When Mrs. Clinton alleged that Trump was colluding with Russia, it sounded more like projection than fact as her actions and deeds as Secretary of State overshadowed any way in which Trump could have colluded with Russia. As Secretary of State, amongst many of the things upon which she collaborated with the Russians was to sell American Uranium to Russia. Of course this and all of her other interactions doesn't imply what the word "collusion" implies, but they do indicate that Clinton's interactions and ties to Russia would have had a much more profound affect on America than any dealing(s) Trump would have had with Russia when the Clinton campaign initially made the accusations.
All of the previous paragraph was simply to create a baseline for the Main Stream Media (MSM) so whoever reads this post can open their minds to the independent news sources cited herein. This is not to say that nothing the MSM says is true, it just seems that this is usually only the case for the MSM when the true benefits their benefactors or when the truth is undeniable, which segways into the next paragraph perfectly.
Leading up to the last Presidential debate, most if not all MSM news sources were claiming just how fit Joe Biden was as America's leader. They not only denied that Biden is suffering from some form of dementia, they alleged that some entities were creating "cheap fakes" to make Biden's actions appear to be those of a confused and mentally deficient man. When Biden was campaigning to be president against Trump his slurred speech was apparent. When the Easter Bunny had to distract and redirect Biden to stop him from discussing war with the Public, it seemed odd that an actor in a bunny costume was interrupting and telling the leader of the free world where to go. While these two examples may not indicate much, in and of themselves, when combined with the years of videos showing Biden's apparent lack of mental acuity, they present an obvious narrative meant to mislead the Public.
While Trump wasn't and probably isn't fit to be president, putting Biden up as his opposition speaks volumes. First and foremost, it speaks to how Biden's handlers view Democratic voters. To put up such an incompetent candidate, as opposed to someone like Bernie Sanders, not only implies a disdain for Democracy but for those who are expected to follow Joe Biden's lead. This disdain is evermore present today as Biden, or more accurately, his handlers are refusing to drop out of the race. This I allege, because regardless of whether Biden has dementia or not, the perception after the debate is that he does. And given the power of perception, Biden and his campaign should drop out, given the "existential threat" they all claim Trump represents. As an example, let's say people initially view Biden to be an angel and Trump a demon, but then people start to think Biden is a puppy dog. Should the people have as much faith in a Biden win between demon Trump and puppy dog Biden as they would in a fight between demon Trump and angel Biden? Though rhetorical, the answer to this question is a resounding NOOOOO!
The apparent shortcomings of Biden's, as exhibited in his forty plus years in public service as well as his time as president are not limited to Joe. The downward spiral into which America continues to fall has been an accumulation of bad choices made by America's electorate. Voting the lesser of two evils in every election only meant voting for evil in every election. We (American voters) did not have to accept the two evils of which we were given as "options". For far too long, Americans have allowed our government to lie us into immoral, illegal and unjust acts of aggression around the World. We've ignored the reality of our president's actions as they've disguised and hidden their true intentions behind their supposed beliefs.
From religion to democracy to humanitarianism, Americans have allowed their leaders to kill millions by claiming to "save" millions. The reckoning for America and its people is here and they'd better wake up, recognize this fact and mitigate against what's coming or the suffering they will be forced to endure will be magnitudes worse than most can even imagine.
While Biden is culpable for his behavior prior to winning the Presidency, I don't believe him to be at fault for his current insistence on staying in the race. I have seen how stubborn people with dementia and Alzheimer's disease can become. During moments of lucidity, they fail to realize, understand or even remember the harm they may have caused at other times. The people at fault in Biden's case are all of the people pushing him to stay the course. I imagine that, given the same choice Biden's handlers are forcing upon America, they would choose a different path. If, for instance, Joe Biden's estate were at stake, neither Jill nor Hunter would be okay with Joe retaining control over anything that could impact their inheritance. As a matter of fact, that would be one, if not the best way to determine Joe's ability to govern a nation. Let's look at whether Joe continues to control his own financial interests or has hia power of attorney been delegated to someone else. If he's no longer in control of his own future, why should he be in control of your future?
