Limiting your brain power to less than one percent of your population does not seem like a good idea. This is in essence what you do when you limit higher education to the few who can afford what is quickly becoming a luxury. I posit that there is no way the best of us only exist in a cohort of the wealthy. As a matter of fact, I believe that the rich are probably the last who should be entrusted with stewardship over planet Earth.
