I wish more Americans would stop living in denial and realize that ignoring the obvious will not supplant reality. Pretending not to see Joe Biden's mental decline does not mean it doesn't exist. Ignoring Russia's growing military stance against NATO encroachment on its borders didn't stop Russia from sending warships to Cuba. Ignoring the lies that are being exposed about the mandated COVID vaccine, illogical lockdowns, masking, distancing does not mean that Fauci didn't illegally fund Gain of Function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Like all of the issues mentioned above, ignoring the fact that the rich are confiscating and hording more resources will not stop the fact that their behavior and actions are creating a scarcity that need not exist. Think about it like this: The world is producing just as much stuff (food, homes, clean drinking water, energy) as it was creating five or ten years ago, but these things all seem to be further out of reach for more people. Why is that? Yes, there are more people on the planet, but is the pace of population (which is actually declining) outstripping the pace of wealth creating. Or, could it be that the wealthy around the Globe is being distributed to an ever-shrinking cadre of sociopaths who don't care how we die... Just that we die.
Whether through endless wars that the Public rarely sides with organically, sanctions that hurt the people of a given nation while leaving said nation's leadership unscathed or an exponential increase in the cost of those things necessary for survival, far too many are doing ot worse, living lifetimes of misery.
This growing inequality was explained in my book as was the means to mitigate or stop it. Too bad people chose to ignore voices like mine, preferring instead to demonize us for pointing out the obvious. Now, our only choice is to adapt to the pain will have doomed ourselves to suffer or become as immoral as those who has condemned us. The time for prayer has past as we ignored the tangible existence gifted to us in hopes that an afterlife would see us living an eternity of bliss. Regardless of your spiritual or religious beliefs, I think there was room to try to make this Earthly existence better for all, not just the rich. My generation has left down the next so we must fight side by side with the children to overthrow those who seek to imprison is on debt and a lifetime of servitude... Or we can just bury our heads in the proverbial sand and worry not what they do to what is exposed ablve said sand.
In 2018, I wrote a book highlighting the problems Humanity would face if more power, wealth, and control was funneled to a small group of elite individuals, groups, or organizations. In my book, I provided solutions (from myself and others) to the inevitable problems and also a means for the Public to analyze, compare, and contrast the words and deeds of those we choose to follow against reality. In my book Solutions: Enough complaining. Let's fix America.
In "Solutions...", I provide the means for readers to disseminate information as provided by their news sources of choice, their elected officials, and any other authority they choose to follow. The book also offers a means to hold their leaders up, not just to a higher standard than is currently accepted but to one that would improve their lives and the lives of those for whom they care.
