If you actually look at the records of many of the elected officials at the Federal level like Pelosi, McConnell, Biden, you'd be appalled. If you lookee at the districts they represent, you'd wonder how the hell they've stayed in office so long. If you pointed out these leader's records to their constituents, they would either be appalled as well or choose to remain ignorant and reject any evidence you provide.
