Though I agree with most of his views Robert F. Kennedy exhibited a lack of foresight by attempting a Presidential run inside the Democratic party.
Cornell West also exhibited poor judgement by jumping from the PEOPLE'S party to the Green party to andl independent run for the Presidency.
While both of these candidates speak truth to power, neither of them exhibit a very important trait to be considered an effective leader. Neither has shown the savvy that is paramount to navigate one's way through the treacherous waters that is modern politics in the United States. For JFK to think he had a chance running as a Democrat shows a certain naivity that would indicate the potential problems he would have circumventing the corruption in Washington D.C. West has shown a lack of conviction that would dampen his most staunch advocates faith in the brother.
In 2018, I wrote a book highlighting the problems Humanity would face if more power, wealth, and control was funneled to a small group of elite individuals, groups or organizations. In my book, I provided solutions (from myself and others) to the inevitable problems and also a means for the Public to analyze, compare and contrast the words and deeds of those we choose to follow against reality. In my book Solutions: Enough complaining. Let's fix America.
In "Solutions...", provide the means for readers to disseminate information as provided by their news sources of choice, their elected officials, and any other authority they chose to follow. The book also offers a means to hold their leaders up, not just to a higher standard than is currently accepted but to one that would improve their lives and the lives of those they care for.
