When the leadership of your country can send billions to other countroes but cannot send adequate funds for an emergency at home, your leadership has failed.
When the leadership of your country gets filthy rich while more of those they lead grow poorer by the day, your leadership has failed
When the leadership of your country puts their needs above the needs of the masses, they are by definition, not good leaders, they are failed leaders.
